Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Herculean Male website and digital products. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

Herculean Male offers digital fitness education content including video courses, PDF routines, and supplementary materials ("Content"). All purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Access tiers and durations:

• Express ($37 USD): 30 days of full access from the date of purchase.
• Annual ($147 USD): 12 months of full access from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime ($297 USD): Permanent access with no expiration, including all future content updates.
• Smart Routine add-on ($17 USD): One-time purchase, permanent access.

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at support@herculeanmale.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund conditions:

• Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Upon refund, your account access will be revoked.
• The Smart Routine add-on is refundable within the same 30-day window as your main purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and OXXO cash payments (Mexico). By completing a purchase, you authorize the corresponding charge.

All prices are listed in USD. OXXO payments generate a voucher valid for 24 hours — access is granted once payment is confirmed by Stripe (typically within minutes of payment at the store).

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Content.
• Download, copy, or reproduce course videos or materials for distribution.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract Content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or authentication systems.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All Content on Herculean Male — including videos, PDFs, programs, text, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Herculean Male and is protected by copyright and applicable Mexican and international law.

Your purchase grants a personal license to access and use the Content. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

The Content provided by Herculean Male is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. By using our Content, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any health risks associated with exercise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herculean Male shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or Content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. In cases of termination for cause, refunds are at our discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@herculeanmale.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tamaulipas, Mexico.
